John Mole, Senior Hardware Engineer, Systems Integration (Capula)

I joined Capula as a Systems Engineer in March 2008. My previous experience was in electronic circuit board manufacturing and testing. Within a few weeks I was working with a great team commissioning a coal fired power station.

After about 18 months I joined the newly created Central Hardware team as a Hardware Engineer. This involved working on many varied and interesting projects. Then in 2012, I was promoted to the role of Senior Hardware Engineer.

Has the company supported you in gaining any qualifications?

I’ve been trained in on site safety, allowing me to be a Site Supervisor for one of our installations. I’ve also received AutoCAD training and been supported in becoming a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
