Dalkia in University success with Imperial College London

Dalkia has secured a 5 year deal with Imperial College London for the provision of M&E Services to the Universities Academic Campuses including the Life Science facilities at Burlington Danes and White City.

In July 2023, the Imtech group company rebranded to Dalkia.

Imperial College London was established in 1907 by Royal Charter, merging the Royal College of Science, Royal School of Mines and City and Guilds College and now consists of nine campuses across London.

Imperial College London has an international community, with more than 59% of the 17,000 students from outside the UK, 8,000 staff and 140 countries represented on campus. Student, staff and researcher affiliations include Nobel laureates, medallists, prize winners and Fellows of the Academy of Medical Sciences.

We believe Dalkia will deliver the service levels we are looking for and feel the transferring team will be working for a company which empowers them to make a difference.

Rakesh Patel, Head of Maintenance, Imperial College London commented: “We were impressed with Dalkia’s team and their understanding of our service needs and business demands throughout the tender process.

Noel Clancy, Dalkia’s Managing Director commented: “We are extremely proud to be forming this new partnership with the Imperial College London team. During the competitive bid process we were able to evidence our understanding of the complexities associated with this unique portfolio and this, along with our strong technical heritage and bespoke digital platforms, helped us secure this prestigious deal.
