Dalkia win Anglian Water EAWR Framework Contract

Dalkia has successfully retained a rolling eight-year deal with Anglian Water for the EAWR Framework Contract. Anglian Water provide clean water and water recycling services to their customers across the East Anglian Region.

In July 2023, the Imtech group company rebranded to Dalkia.

Their portfolio consists of approximately 10,000 sites of varying size and type, including Water Recycling Centres, Water Recycling Pumping Stations, Water Treatment Works, Water Booster Stations, Reservoirs and Towers.

This is a multi-million pound multi-year framework involving production of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (Electrical Test, Inspection & Certification) and undertaking Remedial Works and Electrical Installation Work in accordance with BS7671:2018.

Roger Daniels, Anglian Water’s Electrical Maintenance (Statutory Compliance) Manager commented: “This contract continues a 20+ year partnership which enables Anglian Water to continue to deliver on our goals for our customers. We are safe in the knowledge that our electrical installations are being looked after in terms of formal compliance and a base level of resilience by Dalkia. The tender process was thorough and very competitive, and I look forward to exploring opportunities for innovation, evolution and technology use offered through the tender process.

Noel Clancy, Dalkia Managing Director commented: “We are extremely proud to be extending our relationship with the Anglian Water team which stretches back over 20 years. During the competitive bid process we were able to evidence our understanding of the unique complexities associated with their challenging facilities and framework programme. There is no better testament to your ability than a client choosing to work with you for another term and we are looking forward to strengthening our partnership through this framework and exploring where our wider group expertise can help bring an innovative approach to Anglian Water.
