Physics of Medicine Department
University of Cambridge
To integrate the research and teaching elements of the Department of Physics of Medicine, the University of Cambridge commissioned the building of a new centre to allow them to be brought together under one roof. This will ensure the efficient transmission of knowledge from laboratory to lecture theatre and enable the planned expansion of research activity.
We were engaged to install the mechanical and electrical services for the new department, which included reverse osmosis water treatment, low velocity fume cupboards, helium recovery system, door access and security, daylight controlled lighting, fire alarms, nitrogen, free cooling chiller and building management system installation.
