We provide an in-house designed and maintained CAFM and MI solution as our web based client portal and asset database. Our Aurora MI platform provides intelligent planned, reactive and periodic workflows, service and mobile tracking, real-time performance dashboards, scheduling and advanced business intelligence and management information.

Our experience is that Aurora can positively influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams by allowing them to work with performance information, helping our CSC to better prioritise and schedule workload to achieve KPI’s and other performance or quality measures.

As an organisation we have a vast amount of experience and expertise in integrating our systems and processes with those of our customers and supply chain partners. Our central Business Intelligence and Systems team support our operational teams, supply partners and customers to leverage the information contained within Aurora. Our in-house software analysts and developers have successfully implemented WEB API interfaces with Concept, Planon and Maximo, on a number of our existing contracts, providing the valuable service of sitting above these systems and drawing down data and information to provide a single version of the truth.
