People Development and TUPE
Our experience and internal capability to manage the TUPE process brings significant benefit to both our clients and to the individuals involved. We are seen as a good company to work for. As a result we achieve high success rates with TUPE, ensuring continuity of customer and site knowledge.

In December 2013 a major high street retailer appointed us as sole hard services provider. Upon exchange of contract we successfully transferred their entire team, from nearly 300 stores across the county, under TUPE into Imtech Inviron. The TUPE process took eight weeks to complete. 100% of the team who were eligible to transfer did so and, to date, we have a 92% retention rate.
