Tracey joined Imtech in 2019 to establish the learning and development strategy and function before moving into the Group HRD role in August 2021. Prior to joining Imtech, she spent several years working in a wide range of industries including financial services, utilities and energy, including running her own consultancy supporting organisational change and business transformation projects in the public sector. Tracey has a wide breadth of experience in both strategic and operational HR having previously held senior HR and development positions in RSA and EDF where she has supported leaders at all levels from first line to directors helping them in navigating people change initiatives to driving better business performance.
Tracey is committed to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to fulfil their career potential at all levels from early careers through to directors. Her key areas of expertise are talent identification and development, succession management, organisational change and coaching. She encourages and promotes these areas across Imtech to ensure everyone can get the most from their careers.
