Clarence Dock Apartments
Clarence Dock Apartments is a large, prestigious and award-winning complex in the centre of Leeds, near the Royal Armouries Museum. Block B is the second phase of the complex, consisting of 181 high quality one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses built across four blocks over 10 floors. The development also includes four retail units at ground level, built around the dock with barge mooring.
We provided fully designed and integrated mechanical and electrical engineering services to all apartments, Landlord areas and the basement car park as part of the Block B phase development. These included lighting, power, external lighting, CCTV, security system, fire alarm, IT cabling, ventilation system, solar and low pressure hot water heating.
Bridges Wharf is an exclusive riverside development located on the south bank of the River Thames, adjacent to the London Heliport. It features 267 apartments, penthouses and hotel units in three blocks ranging from 11 to 15-storeys. From the elevated riverside location the apartments sit within three striking glass-fronted tiered buildings, boasting breathtaking views up and down the River Thames.
We were engaged to deliver the mechanical engineering services on the development project. This included mains hot and cold water service, district heating system including a biomass boiler, natural gas installation, ventilation and building management system automatic controls.
Hutchison Whampoa Property
Albion Riverside is an exclusive riverside residential-led development by Hong Kong-based, Hutchinson Whampoa. This high-end residential development located between Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge on the River Thames is highly distinctive, featuring glass facades with double curvature and extensive areas of fair faced concrete. In addition to the 190 apartments, the development includes a five-storey office block, restaurants, and retail and leisure facilities.
We were commissioned to install the mechanical, electrical, public health and building management system services to this high-profile building. We worked with the client in a collaborative manner to develop innovative engineering solutions to ensure the exacting quality standards were met within budget.
Kenwood Place is a development of multiple apartment blocks on the upper slopes of Hampstead Heath. Ranging between three and four storeys, each apartment block houses a number of luxury flats, a penthouse suite, car parking and leisure facilities at basement level.
We were contracted for the installation of mechanical and electrical services to the development. This included mains and boosted cold water services, hot water, gas ,and heating systems, above ground drainage, lighting , TV/satellite/CCTV systems and building management system controls.
Falcon Wharf is a high end residential building located in Battersea on the South Bank of the River Thames featuring 124 one, two and three bedroom apartments that enjoy luxury living and panoramic views. In addition, the building features 3000m² of commercial office space and a waterfront restaurant.
We carried out the installation of mechanical and electrical services to the building and biomass boiler. Furthermore, we continue to provide planned preventative and reactive technical maintenance to all communal areas via our fleet of mobile service engineers.

West End Retirement Village
West End Retirement Village is an award-winning £16 million complex in Stoke on Trent. It features 100 twin-bedroom apartments built around a central ‘Village Hub’, which has a restaurant, bar, shop, hairdressers, fitness suite and craft areas. The facility also includes a 4300m² two-storey headquarters office development for Staffordshire Housing Association.
