Job Description

  • Provide technical guidance and direction: to ensure compliance and best industry practice
  • Contract Growth: Understand each clients’ specific needs and assist the contract managers in the identification of additional services and opportunities within the existing customer base for added value.
  • Contract Delivery: Ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled including matters relating to QSHE, monthly customer reporting, financial performance
  • Financial Performance: Take responsibility for the financial performance relating to the account portfolio and work closely with the contract support teams to ensure that the invoicing and WIP process to ensure timely payment from customers and margin expectations are achieved
  • Commercial Performance: Understand the key terms of the portfolio of accounts and how they have been priced to maximize their performance.
  • Supply Chain: Ensure value for money is being secured from all specialist sub-contractors and suppliers and support the contact managers in negotiating best value for each account.
  • Communication: Communicate closely, share information and updates regularly to the Business Unit Director, customers and all stakeholders to support the drive for service improvement across the contract
  • QSHE: Health & Safety regulations and PPE, undertaking random checks of works areas to ensure total compliance, with support from the QSHE Advisor
  • Relationship Management: Developing rapport and trust with internal and external customers, attending meetings where required.
  • Learning & Development: Providing ongoing development activities to stretch the team and support individual objectives as part of development and talent planning.
  • Lead your team: Actively live our Vision and Values to support the people management aspects of the team, include resourcing, performance improvement, recognition, coaching and support.
  • Reporting: Ensure that all of the necessary reporting information is available to allow timely cost allocation and invoicing and prepare reports for the monthly contract reviews and ad-hoc as required to the Business Unit Director to support the short, medium term business objectives
