To support our continued growth, Breathe is looking to recruit a self-motivated marketing and communications manager who can lead the development of our marketing and communications activity.

About You:
At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role.
Preferably CIM with a marketing related degree.
Proven research capability including the interpretation of potentially a high volume and complex information for effective written and oral communication, marketing to a diversity of audience types.
Evidence of marketing strategies and activities.
In depth understanding and experience in social media channels and their use for B2B communication and marketing.
An interest in climate change, carbon reduction, renewable energy generation or energy efficiency.

You’ll be an integral part of the team, so you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business and act as a leader regarding People and Organisational topics.
You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts in recruitment, compensation, learning and development and HR operations to support and execute the people strategy.
Finally, you will be coaching leaders through an exciting time of growth for Breathe, hence your ability to establish your personal and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships acting as a trusted advisor will be key.
