To manage and undertake all PPM routines and reactive attendances across a broad spectrum of Building Services Mechanical and Electrical equipment at all Client sites.

Depending on the requirements of the designated client site, the role may involve the provision of maintenance and reactive services to the site on a 7 day week shift pattern. May be required to provide cover for absences at other client sites according to business requirements.

To manage and supervise specified contracts and property portfolios to the required output and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day planning of the contracts reactive, planned and quoted tasks. The role is based on a client site in north west London and will involve direct communication with key stakeholders across a large number of buildings generally within the M25. This role would be ideally suited to an experienced facilities helpdesk operative or a facilities coordinator. An understanding of CAFM systems (Maximo, PlanOn etc.) would be beneficial as would a basic understanding of the different types of systems typically maintained on commercial premises.

The group conducts audits, provides input into training and quality investigations, all of which to ensure GxP regulations, client QMS and business critical expectations are satisfied, you will be developing, leading, and delivering QMS Standards and defined projects or solutions across the required scope of the contract. As Compliance Manager you will have a strong understanding of commercial terms, auditing, and statutory compliance in a regulated environment. You must have recent and practical experience in quality and compliance management in pharmaceutical environment.
