Oversee and direct PPM and reactive tasks as instructed and in a safe manner, to ensure all works are completed to a satisfactory standard, whilst communicating at all stages of the works to update the CAFM system. Any out of line issues or events to be recorded, communicated and escalated to the line manager in a timely fashion.
Oversee and manage the issuing of SSoWs, setting the supplier to work and ensuring that the RAMS methodology is followed and that the place of work is left to a satisfactory standard.
Support the client’s vision of creating ‘the destination for the most extraordinary customer experience’ by ensuring that all contractual KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved whilst maintaining good working relationships with the client, the concessions and the end customers.
A team player whilst being confident working from your own initiative, you will be experienced and competent to carry out planned maintenance activities, reactive fault finding and repairs, diagnosis and understand when to escalate.
Utilise daily report to manage breach and jeopardy tasks.
Ensure clear and accurate updates on every task, from your team, are inputted in to the CAFM system
To proactively identify and log any defects to maintain a high quality environment and exceed client expectations. Ensure all maintenance consumables are available and arrange replenishment of all items to ensure agreed stock levels are established.
Drive productivity and efficiencies in the engineering team. Lead by example and promote strong ways of working
Control, when required during shift, the permit to work system.
Proactively drive task completion from reviewing all daily reports of jeopardy and overdue task in the CAFM system
Produce a detailed and comprehensive handover document in the standardised format for the oncoming shift lead at the end of each shift. Ensuring this is visible for all parties concerned by utilising the OneNote drive.
Promote the empowerment of engineers to carry out first fix repairs independently.
Support the shift managers by assisting with subcontractor escalations, scheduling of work load, maintaining the information within the CAFM CAP system and monitor engineer output.
Complete all electronic and paper records to ensure all tasks are recorded to meet statutory requirements and reflect works undertaken whilst communicating to stakeholders to ensure the client are informed.
Communicate with the client’s representative to ensure there are no outstanding issues and also to ensure the overall quality of service delivery.
Carry out general maintenance and good housekeeping practices and plant room cleaning to ensure that the life expectancy of all installed equipment is maximised. If required oversee and report on the performance of any sub-contracted works whilst ensuring that works are carried out safely and reflective of the RAMS.
Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and promote environmental and sustainability awareness to ensure total compliance with Imtech Inviron’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy. Report any omissions or risks that might compromise a Safe Working Environment.
Make recommendations to the line manager on matters concerning continuous improvement and “adding value” that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc. of all work for which the Company has a responsibility.
